EQUIPMENTS AND BRAKES
All of the accessories are top of the line Freeline, the axle is 30x5x960F and the 280 mm steering wheel is in Motorsport colours. The hydraulic “C” braking systems represents absolute excellence for the category with the calliper directly derived from the KZ class and a steel 150x12 disc. The “W” design disc is also available upon request.

CHASSIS
The design comes from the R 30 line of the KF and KZ classes with the straight cross members at the height of the tank and the “C”s of the spindles anchored to the front crossbar. The technical specifications of the pipes (from 28 mm) were evolved from the Birel research centre based on the needs of the Mini and Cadet classes, obtaining an excellent compromise between the necessary grip with the hard tires used and the necessary fluidity for the limited engine power.

RACING LINE - C28-Z MOTORSPORT

The C 28-Z chassis can be considered the benchmark for youth classes at International level. The 2010 version, which has been updated with important adjustments, in particular regarding some technical specifics of the frame.
Also the braking system is new which will be the efficient CX model with steel disc, able to offer a forceful stop, but also an excellent feeling to the driver.
Regarding the optionals, there are the new front hubs, which have longer thorns able to improve the front disc carrier’s work, offering a better scroll.
From the technical point of view, the frame has a 950 mm wheel base and it is made with 28 mm tubes.
The front axle design has the spindle “C” anchored to the front crosspiece and a sole torsion bar (optional). Regarding arrangements, there are all HQ Freeline accessories.

PODS: A new rear pod for mini kart (C28) has been produced with the same technical and drawing of the bigger FL09/14 ones. Besides its reduction in weight, the pods will be much more toughness with better performances on the track.
