MONZA LINE
Monza ZY 32-A (KF) Monza ZY 32-C (KZ)
The
internationally certified Monza line will be characterized by four
models, two for the KF classes (and for all of the categories without
gearboxes) and two for the KZ-Shifter categories

|
The
two top of the line Monza lines are identified with the initials ZY, ZY
32-A for the KF classes and ZY 32-C for the KZ categories.
Both have a body made out of 32 mm pipes and have benefitted from the
technical development of the Birel racing department (performed by
Giacomo Patrono in the KF2 and Thomas Mich in the KZ1).
The body profile has remained the same as the previous models while the
technical specifications of the pipes (32 mm) were modified, notably
improving the effectiveness in the top categories with medium-soft
tires and on rubberized tracks.
The 4th pipe is removable in order to “liberate” the chassis when
needed and the height of the rear axle can be adjusted.
The accessories are all top of the line Freeline, including the
magnesium rims with six anchor points and the HQ exhaust support that
facilitates mounting the rear housing.
The CX braking system is new (also available with “W” disk in a choice
of steel or cast iron), just like the housings that, recalculating the
lines of the previous standardization from the aesthetic point of view,
were optimized with the total weight reduced by about 1.5 kg.
And finally, the graphics are also new, yet still in the usual blue and orange. |
